If you flourish in a fast paced, results-oriented environment, if you want to achieve individual success within a “team first” organization, and if you believe you can contribute and succeed in a demanding yet collegial atmosphere, then Lattice may well be just what you’re looking for.\nJob Description:\nTechnical Program Manager - Solutions Business Unit\nResponsibilities\nLead development and delivery of datacenter, AI infrastructure, rack management, and platform solutions from concept through customer deployment and production.\nDrive cross-functional execution across software, firmware, FPGA, applications engineering, product management, security, and ecosystem partners.\nOwn program planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and executive visibility across multiple strategic initiatives.\nPartner directly with hyperscalers, OEMs, ODMs, and ecosystem partners to define requirements and drive successful solution deployment.\nLead customer escalations, technical task forces, and complex cross-organizational problem solving.\nDrive solution lifecycle governance, release readiness, and portfolio execution across the Solutions Business Unit. \nInfluence future solution roadmaps by connecting customer needs, technology trends, and business opportunities. \nCandidate Profile\n10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Systems Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Product Development, or related fields.\nStrong understanding of datacenter architecture, distributed systems, rack-scale platforms, and infrastructure management.\nExperience with Open Compute Project (OCP) architectures, rack management systems, BMCs, server platforms, cloud infrastructure, or hyperscale datacenter environments a plus.\nProven track record delivering complex hardware/software solutions across global teams and organizations.\nAbility to engage effectively with customers, architects, engineering teams, and executive stakeholders.\nExceptional leadership, communication, and influence skills with a strong bias for action.\nThrives in ambiguity and enjoys solving difficult system-level challenges with limited structure or precedent.\nExperience in FPGA, AI infrastructure, embedded systems, networking, security, or cloud platforms is highly desirable.\nWhy Join Us?\nJoin a team building next-generation datacenter and AI infrastructure solutions.
