If you flourish in a fast paced, results-oriented environment, if you want to achieve individual success within a “team first” organization, and if you believe you can contribute and succeed in a demanding yet collegial atmosphere, then Lattice may well be just what you’re looking for.\nJob Description:\nKey Responsibilities\nFull-Cycle Recruiting\nManage end-to-end recruitment activities from requisition approval through offer acceptance and onboarding.\nPartner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce plans, hiring priorities, organizational structures, and technical skill requirements.\nConduct intake meetings to define recruiting strategies, candidate profiles, and interview processes.\nDevelop and execute sourcing plans to attract high-quality candidates for engineering and technical roles.\nTalent Sourcing & Market Intelligence\nUtilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, 104 Job Bank, employee referrals, professional networks, industry associations, and recruiting agencies.\nBuild and maintain pipelines of passive candidates for critical and future hiring needs.\nConduct talent mapping and market intelligence analysis to support workforce planning and competitive hiring strategies.\nStay informed on talent market trends, compensation practices, and emerging technology skills.\nCandidate Assessment & Selection\nReview resumes and evaluate candidates against technical qualifications, experience, and organizational fit.\nConduct initial recruiter screenings and assess candidate motivation, communication skills, career progression, and compensation expectations.\nCoordinate technical assessments, written tests, interview panels, and debrief discussions.\nGuide hiring teams through candidate evaluation and selection decisions.\nStakeholder Partnership\nAct as a strategic advisor to hiring managers on talent availability, recruitment best practices, and hiring decisions.\nCollaborate with HR Business Partners and leadership teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.\nProvide regular recruiting metrics and updates regarding pipeline health, hiring progress, and anticipated challenges.\nInfluence stakeholders through data-driven recommendations.\nOffer Management & Hiring Execution\nLead compensation discussions in partnership with HR and business leaders.\nPrepare and present offers to selected candidates.\nFacilitate negotiations and manage offer acceptance processes.\nSupport pre-employment activities, background checks, and onboarding transitions.\nRecruitment Operations & Compliance\nMaintain accurate candidate and requisition data within Workday or other Applicant Tracking Systems.\nEnsure compliance with local employment regulations and company policies.\nMonitor recruitment KPIs including:Time-to-fill\nTime-to-hire\nOffer acceptance rate\nSource effectiveness\nCandidate experience metrics\n\nDrive continuous process improvements and recruiting best practices.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Engineering, or related field.\n8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 5 years focused on technical recruiting.\nProven experience recruiting for software, firmware, hardware, semiconductor, cloud infrastructure, embedded systems, or related engineering functions.\nStrong knowledge of sourcing methodologies and recruiting technologies.\nExperience managing multiple complex requisitions simultaneously.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nFluent English and Mandarin communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience recruiting within firmware, semiconductor, technology, embedded systems, or enterprise software industries.\nFamiliarity with engineering disciplines such as:BIOS/Firmware Development\nBMC/MegaRAC Solutions\nEmbedded Software\nLinux Development\nCloud Infrastructure\nPlatform Engineering\nQuality Assurance\nTechnical Program Management\n\nExperience using Workday Recruiting, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern ATS platforms.\nExperience supporting hiring across APAC regions.\nKnowledge of Taiwan employment practices and compensation market trends.\nAdditional Information:\nThis position requires a successful background and reference checks and satisfactory proof of your right to work in:\nTaiwanLattice recognizes that employees are its greatest asset and the driving force behind success in a highly competitive, global industry.
