This role involves sustaining High Volume Manufacturing activities interfacing with the OSATs in Malaysia, Taiwan and Korea. This position will also oversee sustaining of ATE test programs, Sort/Package test yields, Bring up new test setups in OSATs with stable yields, Monitor and improve test outputs across OSATs and ensuring a smooth transition from engineering to high-volume manufacturing.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage a team of Leads/Engineers working on product sustaining activities supporting volume ramp.\n\nManage all OSAT Test engineering activities in Malaysia, Taiwan and Manila. Build relationship with OSATs, work with them to identify the opportunities to improve delivery and meet quarterly targets partnering with Manufacturing Planning team.\n\nPartner with Manufacturing Planning team and address all test engineering issues in OSATs to sustain and expand the test capacity to meet the volume ramp.\n\nOwn Product cost roadmap for all high-volume products in manufacturing.\n\nOwn Test capacity expansion and migration in OSATs. Experience with Teradyne NXT / Advantest T2K / Teradyne UFLEX.\n\nProduction Support: Partner with global manufacturing teams to release test programs and support high-volume ramps; address test escapes and yield excursions.\n\nOptimization: Reduce test time and optimize flows for cost efficiency without compromising quality.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development teams to define requirements and close coverage gaps.\n\nEducation\nBachelor’s Degree + 12+ years related experience, or Master’s Degree + 8+ years related experience.\n\nSkills/Experiences\nFamiliar with OSAT systems and processes.\n\nPossess strong communications skills - able to communicate with ASE Engineering and Planning teams.\n\nStrong analytical skills and experience in managing production processes and project management skills.\n\nStrong in process and quality controls.\n\nExperience with Advantest T2000 and Teradyne UltraFlex testers (or equivalent).\n\nStrong knowledge of loadboard/probecard design, socket selection, and handler integration.\n\nExperience with extreme temperature testing and characterization on ATE.\n\nExperience in Test Program Methodologies, Handler/Tester maintenance background, and Probe Card / Loadboard maintenance.\n\nTest Setup Procedures and requirements, with problem solving abilities.\n\nFamiliar with Leadscan and Test Back-end operations.\n\nAdditional Information:\nThis position requires a successful background and reference checks and satisfactory proof of your right to work in:\nTaiwanLattice recognizes that employees are its greatest asset and the driving force behind success in a highly competitive, global industry.
