In this role, you will engage directly with customers to enable successful design-in and deployment of Lattice FPGA products. You will act as a bridge between customers, sales, and R&D, providing both pre-sales technical guidance and post-sales design support.\nYou’ll work directly with customers to enable platform security, root of trust, and secure system design for next-generation servers and data centers.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide technical support to customers throughout the design cycle with a focus on Lattice FPGA solutions.\n\nConduct product evaluations, proof-of-concept designs, and demos showcasing Lattice FPGAs.\n\nGuide customers through the Lattice design flow using Radiant, Diamond, Propel, or other Lattice toolchains.\n\nDeliver technical presentations, training, and workshops on Lattice solutions (e.g., LTPI, MPESTI, Security/Root-of-Trust solutions).\n\nWork with customers on embedded system integration, including FPGA, processors, and interfaces.\n\nTroubleshoot timing closure, simulation, and board-level integration issues.\n\nProvide feedback to product and R&D teams on customer requirements and emerging application trends.\n\nJob Requirements\nEducation & Background\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.\n\n10+ years of FPGA development, technical support, or FAE experience.\n\nTechnical Skills\nHands-on experience with FPGA design flow: RTL coding (Verilog/VHDL/SystemVerilog), synthesis, simulation, and debugging.\n\nStrong knowledge of Lattice toolchains (Radiant, Diamond, Propel, Lattice Programming Cable tools).\n\nUnderstanding of standard interfaces such as I²C, SPI, SGPIO, LTPI and eSPI.\n\nExperience with embedded systems and software integration is a Plus.\n\nLab skills with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and FPGA prototyping boards.\n\nSoft Skills\nExcellent problem-solving and debugging skills.\n\nStrong presentation and communication abilities to engage customers effectively.\n\nAbility to work cross-functionally and manage multiple customer projects.\n\nWillingness to travel for customer support, training, or technical meetings.\n\nAdditional Information:\nThis position requires a successful background and reference checks and satisfactory proof of your right to work in:\nTaiwanLattice recognizes that employees are its greatest asset and the driving force behind success in a highly competitive, global industry.
