If you flourish in a fast paced, results-oriented environment, if you want to achieve individual success within a “team first” organization, and if you believe you can contribute and succeed in a demanding yet collegial atmosphere, then Lattice may well be just what you’re looking for.\nJob Description:\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and develop comprehensive functional and automation test cases based on detailed analysis of customer workflows, requirement specifications and use cases\nCreate and maintain sophisticated test automation frameworks that interact with hardware, firmware layers, and software components\nExecute hands-on testing across solutions, including validation of hardware-firmware integration and performance benchmarking\nDevelop expertise in domain specific solutions and translate their operational workflows into comprehensive test scenarios\nCollaborate with firmware engineers, hardware teams, and product managers to understand technical requirements and customer expectations\nIdentify, document, and verify fixes for defects across the hardware, firmware, and application layers\nOptimize test execution and automation frameworks to improve efficiency and reduce time-to-quality.\nProvide technical leadership in QA methodologies, best practices, and test automation architecture\nMentor junior QA team members and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes\nGenerate detailed test reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders on product quality and readiness\nRequired Qualifications\n7+ years of hands-on QA engineering experience, with a minimum of 4+ years specifically in solutions testing, functional and automation testing\nDemonstrated expertise in developing test automation frameworks and test cases for ASIC/SOC/firmware based systems\nStrong understanding hardware description languages (Verilog, VHDL), and hardware/firmware design principles\nDemonstrated experience in developed AI based automation frameworks to reduce time to testing\nProven experience with firmware layer testing and hardware-firmware integration validation\nProficiency in one or more test automation programming languages (Python, C, C++, SystemVerilog, or Tcl)\nExperience with hardware test equipment, logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and embedded system debugging tools\nProven ability to analyze solution workflows and translate them into detailed, executable test cases\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex hardware-firmware-software integration issues\nExperience working directly with customer environments and understanding production deployment scenarios\nExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams\nAdditional Information:\nThis position requires a successful background and reference checks and satisfactory proof of your right to work in:\nIndiaLattice recognizes that employees are its greatest asset and the driving force behind success in a highly competitive, global industry.
