We build reliable, scalable pathways that make it easier for product engineers to develop, deploy, operate, and troubleshoot their services. \nWhat You Will Do\nAs a Senior Software Engineer on the Infrastructure Platform team, you will work across a broad technical footprint, including AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes, distributed systems, observability, deployment tooling, and internal developer platforms.\nYou will use your prior experience to understand how systems and services interact, identify gaps or sources of friction, and build platform capabilities that improve reliability and developer productivity.\nDesign, build, and operate AWS-based cloud infrastructure and platform services.\nCreate reusable internal platform capabilities that improve how engineers build, deploy, and operate services.\nWork across AWS, Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, observability, and distributed systems.\nPartner with product engineering to identify recurring needs and turn them into scalable platform solutions.\nEvaluate system interactions, identify risks or inefficiencies, and drive improvements.\nImprove reliability, performance, availability, and maintainability of production systems.\nDefine and promote platform practices (SLOs, monitoring, incident response, operational readiness).\nInstrument, debug, and improve services and infrastructure (including TypeScript services).\nLead technical initiatives from problem definition through delivery and adoption.\nCommunicate tradeoffs, risks, and progress to engineering stakeholders.\nMentor engineers on building reliable, scalable systems.\nParticipate in on-call and incident response.\nWhat You Will Bring to the Table\n5+ years of software or infrastructure engineering experience.\nDeep AWS experience in production environments.\nExperience with cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and system design.\nExperience building internal platforms, developer tooling, or shared services.\nHands-on Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code experience (Terraform a plus).\nStrong programming skills and ability to debug production systems (TypeScript a plus).\nExperience with CI/CD and automated deployment workflows.\nExperience with observability (metrics, logs, traces, alerting, SLOs).\nAbility to reason across complex systems and understand cross-component interactions.\nExperience leading technical initiatives with multiple stakeholders.\nStrong communication skills and collaborative mindset.\nLocation Requirement:\nThis role is open to candidates located in British Columbia or Ontario, Canada. At this time, we are only able to hire employees residing in these provinces.\n____\nThe estimated annual cash salary for this role is CAD $123,750 - CAD $165,000.
