Founded by ETH Zurich researchers and recognized in Gartner’s first-ever Magic Quadrant for AI Governance Platforms, we sit at the intersection of cutting-edge AI research and real-world enterprise needs.\nWe co-developed COMPL-AI, the first technical EU AI Act compliance framework, and continue to work at the intersection of advanced AI research and real-world enterprise needs.\nTrusted by leading organizations, we are building the foundation for responsible AI adoption at scale.\nWe are growing and looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to join us in solving some of the most important challenges in AI governance today.\nRequirementsYour Role at LatticeFlow AI ♟️As a Forward Deployed Engineer at LatticeFlow AI, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between our platform and the complex, real-world AI environments of our enterprise customers, owning the full journey from technical pre-sales to hands-on deployment and long-term success.\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nLead technical pre-sales engagements: Running demos, scoping proof-of-concepts, and proof-of-value and working alongside the sales team to close deals with confidence\nOwn post-sale implementation end-to-end, deploying the LatticeFlow AI platform across both SaaS and on-premise customer environments\nDeeply understand each customer’s AI stack and tailor our platform components (Atlas, Evaluate, Govern, Discover) to their specific use cases and risk requirements\nBuild custom integrations, scripts, and workflows where needed, getting your hands dirty so customers get real value fast\nTranslate complex AI governance and compliance requirements (EU AI Act, NIST, ISO 42001) into technical solutions your customers can actually execute on\nAct as the voice of the customer internally, feeding product insights back to our engineering and research teams\nBuild and maintain strong technical relationships with key stakeholders across GRC, AI, and engineering teams at customer organizations\n\nWhat you’ll bring to our team?\n\nA solid technical foundation – background in ML, software engineering, or a related field; you’re comfortable reading code, working with APIs, and navigating complex AI systems. \nExperience in executing Proof-of-Value’s and the strategy to convert prospects into customers. \nExperience deploying or integrating enterprise software in both SaaS and on-premise environments\nA natural sales flair – you can walk into a room, earn technical trust, and move a deal forward without feeling like a salesperson\nStrong communication skills – able to explain highly technical concepts to both engineers and C-suite stakeholders\nFamiliarity with AI governance, risk, or compliance frameworks is a strong plus\nA builder’s mindset – you don’t wait for perfect conditions, you figure it out\nCandidates should be comfortable working from the office and thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.\n\nBenefitsWhy LatticeFlow AI? ⭐\n\nWork alongside domain experts and leaders in their fields.
