We are looking for someone who sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and design, someone who knows how to take a technically sophisticated product and make it land with the right audience.\nYou will work alongside our Senior Product Manager, focusing on the commercial and design dimensions of our product: how it is positioned in the market, how it is communicated to customers, and how it looks and feels to the people who use it. If you come from a product marketing or UX/design background and are excited about moving closer to the product, this role was built for you.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and refine how we position our product across different customer segments - clearly articulating what LatticeFlow AI does and why it matters.\nTranslate complex technical capabilities into plain, compelling language for enterprise buyers.\nPartner closely with Sales and Marketing to plan and execute product launches, coordinating timing, collateral, and internal enablement.\nDevelop sales-facing materials including factsheets, pitch decks, one-pagers, and website content that reflect the current product accurately and persuasively.\nTrack the AI governance and trustworthy AI landscape to ensure our messaging stays sharp and differentiated.\nShape the user experience, bringing a marketing and customer lens to UX decisions.\nChampion consistency between how the product is sold and how it is experienced, closing gaps between promise and delivery.\nConduct customer research with a marketing lens, building out personas, segmentation frameworks, and a clear picture of our buyer journey.\nSynthesize customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market signals into recommendations for messaging and positioning improvements.\nSupport the team in understanding what resonates with different audiences across the EU and US markets.\nWork across Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to align on priorities, timelines, and the narrative around our roadmap.\nHelp translate our product roadmap into external-facing communications that are clear, accurate, and exciting.\nBenefits\nWhat you’ll bring to our team?\n4+ years of experience in a product, product marketing, or design role - ideally with exposure to more than one of these disciplines.\nA background in Product Marketing and/or Design: This is a hard requirement. Whether through your studies, career path, or both, you understand how to bridge commercial storytelling with great product experience.\nUnderstand the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
