Experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, JD Edwards, or other financial systems can all be relevant. What matters most is your ability to understand financial processes and translate them into practical software solutions.\n Start date: September 2026\nContract type: Contractor, Full-Time, 100% Remote\nWork hours: Monday to Friday, 7.00 am to 4.00 pm PST\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nLead functional activities throughout financial software implementations, from discovery and requirements gathering through configuration, testing, training, and Go-Live.\nWork directly with customers to understand their Finance and Accounting processes, challenges, and business requirements.\nConfigure financial software based on customer requirements and agreed solution designs.\nApply Finance, Accounting, and Accounts Payable knowledge to recommend practical solutions and best practices.\nFacilitate discovery sessions and translate business requirements into functional system configurations.\nSupport testing and UAT, troubleshoot functional issues, and help customers resolve process or configuration gaps.\nDeliver customer training and support adoption of the implemented solution.\nCollaborate closely with Project Managers, Technical Consultants, developers, and other implementation stakeholders.\nCommunicate risks, dependencies, issues, and customer needs clearly throughout the implementation.\nManage functional responsibilities across different customer engagements while maintaining quality and ownership.\nWhat You Need to Succeed\nMust-haves\n5+ years of relevant experience implementing or consulting on financial software, ERP financial modules, or comparable business applications.\nStrong practical knowledge of Finance, Accounting, and Accounts Payable processes.\nHands-on experience configuring financial software as part of customer implementations.\nExperience across multiple stages of the implementation lifecycle, such as discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing/UAT, training, Go-Live, and post-production support.\nStrong customer-facing consulting skills and the ability to communicate confidently with Finance stakeholders.\nAbility to understand business requirements, identify process gaps, and recommend appropriate functional solutions.\nStrong ownership, organization, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.\nAdvanced English for regular interaction with international customers and teams.\nNice-to-haves\nExperience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, JD Edwards, or other ERP/financial platforms.\nExperience with Accounts Payable automation or related financial process optimization.\nPrevious Professional Services or consulting experience.\nDegree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.\nImportantly, a specific ERP, certification, or academic degree is not required when equivalent financial process knowledge and hands-on implementation expertise can be demonstrated.\nOur Recruitment Process\nHere’s what to expect from our candidate-friendly interview process.
