After a successful start, we are now ready to grow our young and dynamic team even further and continue our international expansion.\nThe Role\nAs a Partner Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting and improving the performance of our partner facilities across regions. Reporting to the Compliance Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, resolving partner issues, and helping drive quality, consistency, and scalability within our partner network.\nKey Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nOversee daily operations to ensure consistent, high-quality output from partner facilities.\nManage the onboarding and offboarding process for partners, ensuring alignment with our standards.\nConduct regular virtual check-ins and reviews to track progress, provide support, and reinforce expectations.\nMonitor KPIs and partner performance, ensuring operational targets are consistently met.\nCoordinate with internal teams (e.g., Regional/Ops Associates) to support order processing flow, inventory management, and admin tasks.\nResolve partner issues and manage escalations efficiently to avoid service disruptions.\nLead monthly performance reviews with facilities, covering capacity, complaints, payments, quality, and audit outcomes.\nIdentify training needs for new and existing partners and ensure performance standards are maintained.\nContribute to cross-functional initiatives, process improvements, and sourcing strategies.\nSkills & Requirements\nStrong communication and relationship management skills.\nGood analytical ability; able to interpret data and present clear insights.\nHighly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.\nAbility to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong sense of ownership, accountability, and adaptability.\nPreferred Experience:\nFamiliarity with CRMs, BI tools, or Google Data Studio.\nExposure to international operations or B2B commercial processes.\n2+ years in a high-growth, operations-focused role;
