We promote from within, and the team grows as we open new parks every year.\nBenefits and recognition for great work.\nWhat You’ll Do\nYou turn inquiries into booked parties, and you set the park up to deliver them.\nBook the party\nRespond to inbound party inquiries quickly and follow up by phone and text.\nGuide parents to the best party for their child, group size, and date.\nHandle questions and objections with warmth, ask for the booking, and collect the deposit.\nGet the details right\nEnter every party accurately in our systems, from package and headcount to add-ons and payment.\nPrepare park party hosts with accurate expectations before each party.\nKeep details consistent across every platform and channel.\nTake care of families\nGive parents a concierge-level experience from first call to party day.\nCommunicate proactively and on time, so families always know what to expect.\nGrow your numbers\nTrack your outreach and outcomes, and keep improving your booking rate.\nPractice scripts, take feedback, and put it to work.\nRaise issues to your Booking Lead early, so nothing reaches a family unresolved.\nWho We’re Looking For\nThis is a sales role built on warmth.
