Large property management companies and healthcare organizations use it every day.\nThe Mission\nThe company's founding mission is to fix housing and healthcare with agentic AI - replacing manual, repetitive work with intelligent automation so residents, patients, providers, and staff get their time back.\nThe Opportunity\nAs anImplementation & Delivery Solutions Engineer, you'd own enterprise implementations from the moment Sales hands the deal over until the customer goes live.\nWith fresh funding behind it, the company is investing heavily in this function. You'll work across a multi-product platform where every vertical has its own technical depth, so the work won't get stale.\nThe company has very few PMs, so Solutions Engineers drive product feedback to Engineering directly. If you want to shape what gets built as well as what gets deployed, this role does that.\nWhat You'll Do\nRun each implementation end to end: scoping, configuration, testing, go-live.\n\nWork with Sales on handoffs, and with CSMs and Engagement Managers so the customer gets one consistent experience.\n\nSit down with customers, map how they actually work, and turn that into a clear plan.\n\nLead several implementations at once across product verticals.\n\nGet into the data and API layer: integrations, data migration, and making sure everything lands correctly.\n\nGo on-site with customers (about 25% travel) to build trust in person.\n\nPass what you learn to Product and Engineering.\n\nHelp build the playbooks, config templates, and onboarding frameworks the next hires will use.\n\nHand finished implementations to the Product Expert SEs who handle ongoing support.\n\nWhat You Bring\n3-7 years in a customer-facing technical role (SE, Implementation Engineer, or TAM) and owned both the tech and the relationship.\n\nExperience running multiple configuration-heavy implementations at once, such as CRM or multi-vertical SaaS.\n\nThe ability to scope, configure, and troubleshoot API integrations and data flows without waiting on engineering.\n\nA technical degree (CS, engineering, or similar).\n\nA track record working with Engineering, Sales, CS, and Product.\n\nOwnership of post-sales implementations at a SaaS startup, from discovery to go-live.\n\nYou can explain complex things clearly to engineers and to non-technical stakeholders alike.\n\nWillingness to travel about 25% for on-site implementations, and to be in the office 4-5 days a week.\n\nBonus points:\nData migration experience, SQL and BI tools (Looker, Tableau).\n\nKey Success Drivers\nTake ownership and drive to the finish without being chased.\n\nStay calm when the plan is still being written.\n\nWork hard and move fast in a startup.\n\nBuild trust with customers and handle escalations.\n\nStay curious about APIs and data, and pick up new tools quickly.\n\nBring teams together around a customer.\n\nWant to influence the product through what you see in the field.\n\nWhy Join?\nCompensation: 150K-200K base + meaningful equity in a company that just raised $350M at a $4B valuation.
