is looking for an IT Systems & Network Engineer who will be reporting to the Lead IT.\nRequirements\nProvide 2nd- and 3rd-level technical support across office and production environments, troubleshooting complex issues related to software, accounts, access and endpoints\nTake ownership of escalated incidents and problems, performing root-cause analysis and implementing sustainable solutions\nManage the lifecycle of laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals and mobile devices, including deployment, troubleshooting, repair and replacement\nSupport and maintain meeting-room and AV infrastructure, including Microsoft Teams Rooms, displays and conferencing equipment\nAdminister and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and licensing\nManage identities, authentication and access through Microsoft Entra ID, including Conditional Access, MFA, role assignments and access policies\nMaintain and troubleshoot on-premises Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and Windows Server infrastructure\nParticipate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, security improvements and IT projects\nMonitor system health and proactively identify operational, security and capacity issues\nMaintain technical documentation, procedures, configurations and asset records\nContribute to IT policies, change management and operational processes within a regulated GMP environment\nRequirements\n5+ years of hands-on experience in IT systems administration, infrastructure support or a similar role\nStrong administration experience with Microsoft 365, particularly Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive and tenant-level configuration\nStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, including identity management, MFA, Conditional Access and role-based access\nStrong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and Windows Server environments\nProven ability to independently troubleshoot complex endpoint, identity, application and infrastructure issues\nGood understanding of Microsoft security and identity best practices\nGood understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs and firewalls\nExperience taking ownership of technical incidents and problems from investigation through resolution and
