corporate documentation (including agreements and contracts of a wide range of commercial law subject matters, decisions of the companies’ constitutional bodies etc.) \nResponds with accuracy on a timely manner \nPrepares litigation documents such as pleadings, motions , and briefs \nProactively conducts advanced legal research, prepares and executes analytical methods to implement relevant legal changes \nPresents documentation (including reports, graphs and diagrams) to pinpoint problems and finds solutions \nMaintains accurate project development records and data files \nProvides clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization \nMaintains current knowledge of alterations in legislation \nCollaborates with internal departments to identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them\nRequirements\nBachelor degree in Law (BSc) or Master degree (MA)\n3-5 years of experience in a Corporate environment \nExperience in pharmaceutical company will be considered as an asset \nExcellent Knowledge of the English language \nComputer literacy \nGood knowledge of the structure, implementation and operation of corporate compliance programs preferably in the healthcare
