Responsibilities:
- Test new features and perform regression and performance testing.
- Update, maintain and enhance the test automation framework.
- Add new automation test cases to verify latest features and bug fixes.
- Be the go-to person for troubleshooting customer issues.
- Stay in touch with current automation technologies: Selenium, Appium, Detox.
- Collaborate with engineers from other technology teams within Lavu.
- Exhibits a strong sense of feature ownership, agility and an urge for continuous learning.
- Work closely with development teams to align with the releases and deliverables.
- Collaborate and work with a team of DevOps engineers.
- Manage projects and resources to ensure on-time delivery of milestones.
Requirements:
- 3-7 years of software testing with demonstrable automation experience.
- Proven experience in designing/developing test automation frameworks to test web apps, mobile apps and REST APIs.
- Database testing using SQL queries.
- Experience in Appium automation (iOS devices) + Selenium Automation.
- Experience with TestRail and JMeter is desired.
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, Python and TypeScript is a plus.
- Experience in testing Handheld embedded devices, iOS/Android Apps, and retail POS systems would be a plus.
