The role will partner with HR, IT, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Security, Compliance, and Operations teams to deliver process improvements, digital transformation initiatives, and technology solutions that enhance employee lifecycle management.\n\nBusiness Analysis & Requirements Management :\n\n- Lead requirement gathering workshops and stakeholder interviews across HR, IT, Security, and Business functions.\n\n- Analyze and document end-to-end JML business processes and workflows.\n\n- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.\n\n- Facilitate business process mapping, gap analysis, and impact assessments.\n\n- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.\n\nJML Process Transformation :\n\n- Drive standardization and optimization of onboarding, employee movement, and offboarding processes.\n\n- Identify opportunities for automation and self-service capabilities.\n\n- Support global transformation programs focused on workforce lifecycle management.\n\n- Define future-state processes and operating models.\n\nStakeholder Management :\n\n- Act as the primary liaison between business teams and technical delivery teams.\n\n- Collaborate with Business, End Markets, IT Stakeholders, BAU Teams etc.\n\n- Manage senior stakeholder expectations and facilitate decision-making.\n\n- Present recommendations, business cases, and progress updates to leadership.\n\nReporting & Continuous Improvement :\n\n- Define KPIs and success metrics for JML operations.\n\n- Analyze operational performance and identify process improvement opportunities.\n\n- Produce executive-level reporting and dashboards.\n\n- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across employee lifecycle processes.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience :\n\n- 8+ years of Business Analysis experience in large enterprise environments.\n\n- Strong experience supporting Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes.\n\n- Experience working with global HR and IT stakeholders.\n\n- Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and solution design.\n\n- Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.\n\n- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\n\n- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation abilities.\n\nTech Stack & Tools :\n\n- Service Now\n\n- Saviynt\n\n- Microsoft Entra ID (Preferred)\n\n- Active Directory (Preferred)\n\nPreferred Skills :\n\n- Understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) processes.\n\n- Experience working
