They will liaise with the Senior Surveyor / Commercial Manager as well as the finance, procurement and estimating teams in order to ensure delivery of budget and financial information.\nFounded over 20 years, Lawtech have become a leading principal contractor specialising in cladding remediation. We deliver high-quality, compliant, multi-million-pound cladding repatriations & regeneration contracts throughout London and the wider Southeast.\nRole Responsibilities:\nManagement and monitoring of assigned project plan, associated budget, costs and contract terms, with senior surveyor as appropriate.\nLiaison with Senior Surveyor and Senior Project Manager.\nLiaison with Financial Controller, Procurement Manager and Estimator.\nValuation of works and collation of associated documentation for CVR, cash flow forecast and sales forecast.\nDiscussion with client and countersigning of documentation.\nMonitor and manage orders, deliveries, and invoicing of materials.\nMonitor and manage sub-contractor orders, approvals, and payments.\nManage valuations and associated documentation.\nEnsure familiarity with budget from Estimating department.\nEnsure the companys in-house system, Project Probe, is updated with relevant information.\nProvide information to enable updating of sales forecast, cash flow forecast and CVR.\nAttend site meetings as required.\nManage own workload and priorities\nSkills and Qualifications\nTechnical qualified, or nearing completion of, eg AIOB, FIOB, RICS or Degree in surveying and experienced surveyor within construction industry.\nCSCS card -
