Your work will influence product roadmaps across key customer journeys, including conversion, engagement, and renewals.\nYou will go beyond reporting results. You will apply statistical rigour, investigate unexpected findings, challenge assumptions constructively, and uncover opportunities that improve the customer experience and business performance.
