service requests, and operational activities through the designated ticketing or monitoring systems.\nMaintain accurate operational documentation, incident reports, troubleshooting records, and shift handover notes.\nFollow established IT service management procedures, security policies, access controls, and operational guidelines.\nCoordinate with application developers, system administrators, infrastructure teams, and other relevant stakeholders to resolve incidents and maintain service continuity.\nParticipate in shift-based operations, on-call support, and scheduled maintenance activities as required by operational needs.\nContinuously improve technical knowledge and operational skills in application support, Linux administration, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices.\n\nRequirements\n\nBachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.\nWilling to work in a 24/7 shift rotation\nProficiency in at least one programming or scripting language.\nBasic knowledge of Linux operating systems, including command-line operations, file and permission management, log analysis, and basic troubleshooting.\nBasic understanding of application architecture, application services, networking fundamentals, and client-server concepts.\nBasic knowledge of public cloud platforms and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or OpenStack.\nBasic understanding of containerization technologies, particularly Docker.\nBasic knowledge of application monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, and escalation procedures.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.\nDemonstrated initiative, a strong work ethic, and a high willingness to learn and develop technical skills.\nGood communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with different technical teams.\nAbility to follow standard operating procedures, work under established service-level agreements (SLAs), and perform operational tasks accurately.\nWillingness to work in shifts, including weekends or public holidays, if required by operational
