Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Technical Communication, or a related field.\nGood technical writing, documentation, and communication skills.\nProficiency in documentation tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and other relevant documentation tools.\nUnderstanding of application procedures, application architecture, application workflows, and system processes.\nAbility to develop structured technical documents, including SOPs, technical manuals, application procedures, and workflow documentation.\nAbility to create application workflow diagrams, process flowcharts, and technical illustrations.\nExcellent Indonesian writing skills, with the ability to prepare clear, accurate, well-structured documents in accordance with proper Indonesian spelling and grammar conventions.\nStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain documentation accuracy and consistency.\nAbility to communicate effectively and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nAbility to manage multiple documentation tasks and meet established deadlines.\nAbility to learn independently and adapt to changes in application systems, technologies, and documentation
