teams, and other stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment.\n\nRequirements\n\nBachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in software development, preferably in banking or financial services.\nStrong experience with Temenos T24 / Transact and TAFJ (Temenos Application Framework for Java).\nGood programming skills in Java and experience developing Java-based enterprise applications.\nUnderstanding of Temenos T24 architecture, application customization, and development processes.\nExperience with Temenos development tools, frameworks, and banking application workflows.\nExperience developing and maintaining system integrations, APIs, and web services.\nGood understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data management.\nUnderstanding of software development lifecycle, testing, debugging, deployment, and maintenance processes.\nFamiliarity with Git or other version control systems.\nKnowledge of core banking processes, such as accounts, deposits, lending, payments, or funds transfers, is an advantage.\nStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and debugging skills.\nGood communication and collaboration skills.\nAble to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.\nProactive, responsible, and willing to learn and adapt to new technologies.\nExperience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.\nOpen to middle-level candidates with strong hands-on development
