This person will be the primary recruiting partner for US-based hiring managers, filling Senior and Director-level roles across the company. You'll manage sourcing, screening, scheduling, candidate communication, and all the administrative work that keeps a pipeline moving.\nWe're looking for someone who actively uses AI tools in their recruiting workflow - whether that's sourcing, screening, outreach, or process automation. If you're already leveraging AI to work faster and smarter, you'll thrive here.\nThis is not a coordination role - we need someone who can independently drive searches, build candidate pipelines, and close hires with minimal hand-holding. This is a full-time contractual position with the potential to move to a permanent role depending on business needs.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn the full recruitment lifecycle: from resume review to hire\nPost job openings across relevant platforms and set up automations and processes to keep pipelines efficient\nLeverage AI tools to enhance candidate outreach, screening efficiency, and recruiting operations\nManage multiple open roles simultaneously, keeping pipelines organized and moving\nConduct all screening calls and serve as the primary candidate point of contact throughout the process\nPartner directly with US hiring managers to align on role requirements, calibrate on candidates, and provide regular pipeline updates\nHandle all scheduling, interview logistics, and administrative tasks involved in the hiring process\nTrack and report on pipeline metrics (volume, conversion rates, time-to-fill) to keep stakeholders informed\nMaintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in our ATS (Workable)\nBuild and improve recruiting automations and workflows to reduce manual work and increase speed\nWork Environment\nType: Full-time remote (Philippines-based)\nSchedule: Flexible working hours; must have significant overlap with US business hours for hiring manager syncs, screening calls, and candidate communication\nCollaboration: Works directly with US hiring managers; communicates via Slack, Google Meet, and email\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications:\n5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience\nProven track record hiring US-based candidates for Senior and Director-level roles\nHands-on experience using AI tools in a recruiting context (sourcing, outreach, screening, workflow automation)\nSelf-motivated and proactive - you chase candidates, not the other way around\nExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbal - you'll be the face of our company to senior candidates and will work directly with US hiring managers\nExperience managing multiple searches at once without dropping balls\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail - scheduling, follow-ups, and candidate experience matter\nProficiency in G-Suite applications\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience recruiting for Engineering roles\nExperience using Workable ATS\nExperience using Rippling or a similar HRIS\nExperience building recruiting automations and process improvements in an ATS\nBackground working remotely with US-based teams across time zones\nBenefits\n Great Culture.
