customer service \n Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software \n Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls \n Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties \n Manage incidents \n Report on the performance of computer systems and networks \n Give access to computer networks \n Supervision 1 to 2 people \n 1 year to less than 2 years
