AgenticSecについて\nAgenticSecは、AIエージェントによるセキュリティ検証を通じて、企業が安心してデジタル化を進められる社会を目指しています。現在は攻撃者の視点で脆弱性の悪用可能性を実証する「AgenticSec Pentest」と、資産・脆弱性・検証結果を集約する「AgenticSec DevSecOps」を開発・提供しています。\nこうしたプロダクトをより多くの企業に届けるため、AgenticSecは2026年4月にLayerXグループへ参画しました。AgenticSecのセキュリティ領域における研究開発力と、LayerXが培ってきたプロダクト開発・事業づくりのケイパビリティを活かし、継続的なセキュリティ検証を企業の業務に根づかせていきます。\n#### 募集背景\nAgenticSecが目指すのは、プロダクトを導入して終わるのではなく、顧客が日々の業務のなかで安全性を確かめ、必要な対応を判断できる状態です。その実現には、顧客のシステムやセキュリティ上の課題を理解し、技術的な観点から導入・活用を支えるカスタマーサクセスが欠かせません。\nこうした顧客支援の体制を早期に強化するため、業務委託としてカスタマーサクセスに取り組んでいただける方を募集します。脆弱性診断・ペネトレーションテストと顧客折衝の経験を活かし、技術チームと連携しながら、プロダクトの導入、検証結果の理解、継続的な活用まで伴走いただきます。また、コーディングエージェントを活用し、顧客支援に必要な調査や作業の効率化にも取り組んでいただきます。\n本ポジションは、週5日・1日8時間（週40時間）のフルタイム稼働を必須とする募集です。\n#### 業務内容\n- 顧客の導入目的や対象システム、セキュリティ上の課題を理解し、検証範囲や進め方をすり合わせ\n- 技術チームと連携し、プロダクトの設定や利用開始に向けた技術的な支援・オンボーディングを推進\n- プロダクトによる検証結果を読み解き、顧客へ説明するとともに、対応の優先度や次のアクションの整理を支援\n- 利用中の技術的な疑問や課題について、状況の整理・再現確認・調査を行い、必要に応じて開発チームと連携\n- コーディングエージェントを活用し、顧客支援に必要な調査や簡単なスクリプトの作成・修正、支援業務の効率化を推進\n- 顧客の活用状況や課題を継続的に把握し、セキュリティ検証が業務に定着するまで伴走\n- 顧客から得た課題や要望を開発チームへ還元し、支援ナレッジや業務プロセスを整備・改善\n具体的な担当顧客・業務範囲は、ご経験と稼働条件を踏まえて契約締結前に双方で確認・合意します。\n#### ポジションの魅力\n-
