We value initiative and attitude and are building a team of outstanding individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy mentoring and learning from others, and are eager to tackle any challenge.\nWhat You'll Work On:\nProgram CNC machines including 3 and 5 axis mills (currently Zimmerman and HAAS machines). \nProgram, set-up, and operate LFAM 3D Printers, as well as smaller resin and filament fed 3D printers. \nInspect parts and provide tolerance reports for printed and machined molds and tooling as well as finished composite parts. \nProvide DFM feedback to engineers to improve our processes, and opportunities for cost down efforts. \nTroubleshoot issues and make adjustments during the manufacturing process. \nRequired Skills:\n Be awesome! Be the kind of person you want to work with.\n5+ years’ experience as a programmer using CAM software such as Mastercam, Hypermill, NX, Esprit, Tebis (we currently use Tebis). \nExperience programming 5-axis gantry machines. \nHigh level of familiarity with multi-axis and 3D machines. \n5+ years’ experience as a machine setup/operator. \nHave a high sense of urgency, with a strong attention to detail. \nAbility to multi-task and support multiple projects at the same time. \nHigh level familiarity with various alloys, metals, and plastics. \nAbility to identify and solve problems quickly and to communicate issues clearly to prevent recurring issues. \nAbility to read and interpret manufacturing drawings, with a strong understanding of GD&T. \nExperience doing post and in-process inspection using common measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, scales, etc. \nBe comfortable learning new methods and technologies and incorporating them into your workflow. \nBe able to lift 50 pounds unassisted. \nPreferred:\nProfessional experience with Tebis. \nExperience in tooling/ mold making in aerospace and/or motorsport. \nExperience with CMM and surface scanning inspection equipment. \nExperience in a mix of R&D as well as production environments. \nExperience programming and running 3D printers -
