Our engineers work across the stack, helping clients solve high-impact problems with tailored, production-ready solutions.\nWho You Are:\n4-6 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer working with TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python or Go.\n\nExperience with generative AI in areas like image or video generation.\n\nProven experience shipping production software across the stack.\n\nStrong experience hosting, tuning, and managing LLM services, libraries, or tools.\n\nExperience working with agentic workflows, including creating and using MCP servers.\n\nA track record of building AI-powered features such as information extraction, chatbots, document construction, search, data normalization, etc.\n\nFamiliarity with prompt engineering and structured experimentation workflows.\n\nExperience fine-tuning LLMs using open-source models or closed-source services.\n\nConfidence in setting up testing infrastructure around agentic applications.\n\nComfort working with at least one major cloud provider (GCP, AWS, Azure), especially data tools like BigQuery, SageMaker, etc.\n\nPrevious experience in consulting or contracting roles, with the ability to manage client expectations and timelines.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\nEngage with clients to understand their problems, needs, goals, and technical environments.\n\nArchitect, build, and ship full stack applications that leverage AI and data capabilities.\n\nApply best practices in MLOps or LLMOps, including testing, monitoring, and reliability.\n\nDesign and build scalable data pipelines and data lakes as needed.\n\nCommunicate tradeoffs and risks transparently, supporting client decision-making.\n\nCollaborate with other engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.\n\nStay current with the latest AI trends, technologies, and tooling to bring innovation to your projects.\n\nNice to Have:\nThe following would be a bonus experience to have, though highlight any additional experience or skills you may have.
