BigQuery datasets, SQL models and automated data pipelines with strong data-quality checks and documentation.\n\nBuild customer analytics covering new vs. returning customers, retention, cohort behavior, RFM, CLV/LTV, frequency, churn and reactivation opportunities.\n\nCreate product and merchandising analytics by SKU, business unit, category, price point and market, including a SKU performance score using sales, impressions, PDP views, add-to-cart and conversion signals.\n\nAnalyze inventory and stock coverage, identify lost-sales risk, slow movers and replenishment priorities, and support assortment planning by market.\n\nSupport annual budgeting and forecasting with monthly/category projections, scenario modeling, target setting and variance analysis versus budget, forecast and prior year.\n\nEvaluate marketing efficiency by channel and campaign, including ROAS, CAC, contribution, funnel performance and incremental opportunities through the dashboards.\n\nPerform root-cause and ad-hoc analyses, clearly quantify business impact, and recommend practical actions to e-commerce, marketing, operations, content and technology teams.\n\nPresent concise weekly/monthly insights to the Group E-commerce Manager and senior stakeholders, with clear risks, opportunities, priorities and measurable next actions.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science or a related field.\n\n4–7 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or E-commerce Analytics.\n\nStrong knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and Python.\n\nHands-on experience with BigQuery or cloud data warehouses and data integration.\n\nGood knowledge of GA4, Google Ads, Meta, and other digital platforms.\n\nStrong knowledge of forecasting, reporting, and KPI analysis.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\n\nVery good command of
