Responsibilities\nOversee and manage the company's day-to-day operations\nDevelop, implement, and improve operational processes and SOPs\nCoordinate workflows between Sales, Processing, Underwriting, Marketing, and other departments\nMonitor team performance, productivity, and operational KPIs\nIdentify inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve overall performance\nEstablish clear procedures, responsibilities, and accountability across departments\nManage and optimize internal systems, tools, and workflows\nWork closely with company leadership on operational strategy and execution\nTrack key operational metrics and prepare regular reports for management\nIdentify bottlenecks and ensure issues are resolved quickly\nSupport department managers and team leads in achieving company goals\nHelp develop and implement new company initiatives and projects\nEnsure company policies and procedures are followed consistently\nAssist with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management when needed\nImprove communication and collaboration between departments\nHelp create a scalable operational structure to support company growth\nTake ownership of operational problems and drive them to resolution\nRequirements\n3+ years of experience in Operations Management or a similar leadership role\nStrong experience working in the U.S. business environment\nMortgage industry experience strongly preferred\nUnderstanding of mortgage operations, loan origination, processing, or brokerage workflows is a major plus\nProven experience managing teams and cross-functional workflows\nStrong organizational and problem-solving skills\nExcellent communication and leadership abilities\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously\nStrong analytical and decision-making skills\nExperience creating and implementing SOPs and operational processes\nComfortable working with CRMs, business software, and technology\nStrong attention to detail and follow-through\nAbility to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities\nResults-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in a mortgage brokerage, lender, financial services company, or real estate-related business\nKnowledge of U.S. mortgage processes and terminology\nExperience working with Sales, Processing, Underwriting, and Closing teams\nExperience with CRM and workflow management systems\nExperience implementing automation and AI-powered business
