Product Designer는 그 경험을 만드는 사람으로서, 엘박스가 주는 가치가 사용자에게 온전히 전달되도록 제품의 유용성과 완성도를 책임집니다.\n어떤 일을 하나요?\n엘박스를 처음 만나는 순간부터 매일 쓰는 도구가 되기까지, 여정 전체를 설계합니다.\n사용자 인터뷰와 사용 데이터로 법률가가 어디서 시간을 잃고 어디서 신뢰를 잃는지 발견하고, 그 문제를 집요하게 풀어냅니다.\n화면의 디테일과 제품 전체의 그림 사이를 오가며 일합니다. 작은 불편 하나도 그냥 지나치지 않지만, 완벽함을 위해 속도를 포기하지는 않아요.\n합의된 디자인 원칙으로 품질의 기준선은 지키고, 지금의 최선을 먼저 내놓습니다. 실제로 쓰이는 모습을 보며 다시 다듬고 더 나은 답을 찾아 갑니다.\n이런 능력을 가진 분과 함께 하고 싶어요.\n심미성과 설계력을 아우르는 크래프트 역량을 갖추고, 완성도에 대한 기준이 높은 분\n기능이 많은 복잡한 툴도 처음 쓰는 사람이 헤매지 않고 사용할 수 있도록 설계하는 분\n완성도만큼 유용성을 중요하게 여기고, 만든 것이 실제로 사용자의 일을 덜어 주는지 출시 후에도 확인하는 분\n자신의 권한 밖의 일이라도 근거를 바탕으로 필요한 사람들을 모아, 문제를 끝까지 해결해 내는 분\n웹 또는 모바일 앱 제품 디자인 분야에서 5년 이상의 경력을 쌓았거나, 그에 준하는 역량을 갖춘 분\n해외여행 및 출장에 결격/제한 사유가 없으신 분\n이런 경험이 있다면 더욱 좋아요.\n전문가용 복잡한 업무 제품을 누구나 이해하기 쉽고 친절하게 설계해 본 경험\n디자인 시스템을 구축하고 운영해 보았거나, 그 과정에 기여해 본 경험\n필요한 순간에 직접 코드로 화면을 구현하거나 수정해 본 경험\nAI를 활용해 디자인 프로세스를 비롯한 업무 전반의 효율을 높여 본 경험\n지원 전, 꼭 확인해 주세요.\n엘박스 Product Designer에 지원하려면, 포트폴리오가 필요해요.\n출시한 제품에서 어떤 복잡한 문제를 마주했고 어떻게 풀어냈는지, 구체적인 맥락을 중심으로 보여 주세요. \n한 일을 나열하기보다 어떤 문제를 발견했고, 왜 그렇게 판단했으며, 어떻게 해결했는지가 드러나야 합니다. \n화면의 완성도를 확인할 수 있는 작업도 포함해 주세요. \n형식은 자유입니다.\n엘박스팀 합류 여정\n서류 지원 > 1차 직무역량 인터뷰 > 2차 조직문화 인터뷰 > 3차 CEO 인터뷰 및 레퍼런스 체크 > 최종합격\n프로세스는 상황에 따라 사전 안내 후 일부 변경될 수 있어요.\n1차 직무역량 인터뷰 및 2차 조직문화 인터뷰는 각각 1시간 정도 소요돼요.\n엘박스 다큐멘터리\n엘박스 다큐멘터리ㅣThe Bridge\nContact\n위 포지션과 관련하여 궁금한 사항은 언제든지 편하게 말씀해 주세요.\n채용 문의 : ","description_format":"text","description_chars":1548,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":5,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"Korean","level":"Advanced (C1)","optional":false}]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Legal AI"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-12T12:54:08Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":86,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.86,"p_room":1,"age_days":0,"expected_fill_days":22,"reasons":["conf:0","win:early"],"computed_at":"2026-10-13T04:47:35Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/lbox-product-designer","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/lbox-product-designer.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-13T04:47:35Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":7498,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-14T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":2676378},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=2676378"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Flbox-product-designer"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Flbox-product-designer"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Flbox-product-designer"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/lbox-product-designer\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Flbox-product-designer"}]}
