Revenue Override = $150,000 Annual Compensation\nYour earning potential grows as the department grows.\nWhat You’ll Be Responsible For\nRecruit and build a high-performing canvassing team\nHire, train, coach, and develop Canvass Managers\nOversee approximately 20+ canvassers as the department grows\nCreate and maintain a consistent recruiting pipeline\nLead daily and weekly team meetings\nEstablish individual and team performance goals\nMonitor appointments, issued leads, demos, sales, and revenue\nHold managers and canvassers accountable to performance expectations\nDevelop territory and neighborhood strategies\nSpend time in the field coaching and observing the team\nImprove appointment quality and overall field productivity\nDevelop future managers and leaders from within the department\nWork closely with sales and company leadership\nBuild a competitive, positive, and performance-driven culture\nWho We’re Looking For\nThe ideal candidate has experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, direct sales, or field marketing and understands what it takes to recruit and retain a successful team.\nWe are looking for someone who is:\nCompetitive and highly
