Every day you'll achieve store results and promote responsible retailing.\nThe Role\nYou will deliver remarkable experiences as the trusted destination for the world's wines, beers and spirits.\nYou will create the customer experience in store by developing a customer-first team mentality in all aspects of the store's operation and program execution.\nYou will lead a team in all aspects of store retail operations including customer service, inventory management, financial management, merchandising, and retail sales.\nYou will oversee several areas for the store including social responsibility issues, facilities management, resource protection, health & safety, WSIB, workplace accommodation, environmental issues and workplace diversity.\nAbout You!\nHigh school graduate or bring the equivalent experience.\nYou have 5 years or more of retail experience in progressive roles such as Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Trainer, Departmental Manager, or District Manager.\nYou bring a customer-centric attitude. You enjoy spending time on the store floor and encourage giving back in support of the community for the greater good.\nYou have experience embracing new initiatives focused on continuous improvement\nYou enjoy providing feedback, empowering people, and mentoring in the moment.\nYou know your store numbers. You forecast and analyze sales and expenses.
