\n2、根据公司及部门发展，规划方案工程师人才发展路径，制定培养体系等领域业务知识的沉淀与周化，形成公司可以被传承的知识; \n3、推动团队管理制度，工作流程等体系规范的建设及持续的改善; \n4、负责大型、复杂数字化项目 (公司级) 的项目管理工作，达成项目交付目标，推动其落地运营; \n5、在项目实施过程中，整合与协调跨T1组织的团队咨源，制定项目实施计划，识别风险并制定应对策略控制项目范围，成本、质量。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n1、学历和专业要求Bachelor(本科)以上\n2、工作经验要求8年及以IT相关工作经验，具备制造型企业数字化相关工作经验，业务分析与方案设计经验，数字化项目管理经验，具备多次主导大型制造企业业PLM/ALM/MBSE的方案规划与实施经验;
