responsibilities at any time.\nRequired Experience & Skills:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, IT, or related field (or relevant experience in lieu of degree).\n8+ years of experience in IT or related field.\nExperience presenting BI solutions to leadership teams.\nAdministration of BI-related software and hardware.\nProven ability to design and implement BI platforms from the ground up.\nStrong attention to detail.\nExcellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.\nCommitment to continuous learning and staying current with business needs.\nAbility to collaborate, exchange ideas, and identify innovative solutions.\nHigh integrity, professionalism, and positive attitude.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nStrong planning and organizational skills.\nExperience developing new applications, systems, or processes.\nAbility to mentor and motivate team members.\nSkilled in influencing others to support organizational
