South Port Square is actively seeking a hospitality-driven professional to join our growing team!\nABOUT THE ROLE:\nThe Scheduler is responsible for the scheduling of employees within the Department.\nHere are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Scheduler:\nCoordinates and schedules for department staff.\nEnsures adequate staffing coverage for the health center, manages call outs, and maintains shift coverage to meet the mandatory requirements of the facility staffing ratios.\nReviews time off requests submitted by staff and communicates with staff in a timely manner regarding accommodations.\nPost employee’s schedules at minimum on a bi-weekly basis.\nCommunicates employee status changes to Human Resources as needed.\nAssists nurse management with administrative and clerical tasks.\nTracks attendance for staff; informs management of employees who have excessive tardiness or absences.\nUpdates timecards with applicable corrections and ensures timecard exception forms are completed in compliance.\nApproves bi-weekly timecard process for payroll. \nMay be required to fill in for open CNA shifts (if properly credentialed).\nHere are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:\nHigh school education required.\nCNA License preferred\nAbility to understand and follow instructions in English, communicates effectively, reads maps efficiently, and performs simple arithmetic. \nMust be able to maintain a courteous, friendly and helpful attitude with the residents and staff members at all times.\nIs self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision.\nIs flexible and cooperative in fulfilling obligations.\nComplies with accepted professional standards and practice.\nMust be comfortable with using computers and have basic skills with computer platforms such as Word and Excel.\nWhat We Offer:\nWork today, get paid tomorrow with DailyPay!
