This position is responsible for performing housekeeping and laundry functions throughout the community. The schedule for this position is 8:30am - 5:00pm\nHousekeepers are expected to exemplify community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization at all times. This role is critical to maintaining a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for residents, staff, and guests.\nThe Housekeeper is responsible for performing a variety of housekeeping and laundry duties to ensure resident rooms, common areas, and service spaces are consistently clean, sanitary, and visually appealing.\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nCleaning and disinfecting resident rooms, bathrooms, dining areas, and common spaces according to established protocols.\nCollecting and disposing of trash in a safe and timely manner.\nReplenishing supplies such as soap, paper products, and cleaning materials.\nReporting any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages promptly to the appropriate supervisor.\nFollowing all infection control, safety, and sanitation guidelines.\nSupporting community events or special projects as needed, which may include schedule adjustments.\nDemonstrating respect, professionalism, and sensitivity in all resident and team interactions.\nReliability, a positive attitude, and a commitment to upholding our standards of cleanliness and resident care are essential in this role.\nHere are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:\nHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.\nThree to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred.\nAt Rose Senior Living, we understand that our employees work best when they are healthy, happy, and excited about the here and now, as well as the future.
