This position is responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents and delegate and supervise the care and services provided by Caregivers. Administer medications, perform treatments and procedures, obtain specimens as needed, and complete documentation as required.\n401k\nHealth, dental, vision beginning 1st of month following date of hire\nPTO\nPaid holidays\nMonthly events for employees\nPart-time or Full-time PM shift 3-11 with every 6th weekend rotation\nHere are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Nurse Manager:\nDocument resident status as per policy.\nProvide daily supervision to assigned staff and directly provide nursing care to residents as assigned.\nScheduling of staff and secure replacement staff for absences to maintain regulatory compliance.\nParticipate in the admission of new residents.\nAssist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent life-style of residents.\nResponsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident.\nProvide daily report to the Director of Health Services concerning facility conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.\nHere are a few of the qualifications we need you to have\nExperience in Nursing in Senior Living\nNursing student or upcoming graduate\nCompassionate & Confident\nStrong supervisory skills\nLPN\nMany roles in the community may require that we ask about your vaccination status.
