This role covers end-to-end testing across websites, ERP, and downstream systems, with a particular focus on validating data pipelines, ETL processes, and integrations. The specialist will also implement and maintain test automation to drive efficiency and coverage.\n\nYou will ensure that all new functionality, system changes, and data flows meet Le Creuset's high-quality standards. As an advocate for QA best practices, you will champion consistent processes, comprehensive test coverage, and effective reporting. Testing activities will include functional, regression, data validation, and smoke testing, with a goal of proactively identifying issues, supporting defect resolution, and contributing to continuous improvement of the QA function.\n\nIngredients: Key Responsibilities\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain comprehensive test cases and scripts for both functional and data/ETL testing.\nImplement and maintain test automation to increase coverage and efficiency, following best practices and standards.\nValidate ETL processes, data transformations, and integrations to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.\nExecute Performance tests like Capacity, Load, Volume etc\nCollaborate with developers, data engineers, and business analysts to identify test requirements and clarify specifications.\nIdentify, log, and track defects through to resolution, providing clear documentation and follow-up.\nExecute testing across multiple layers - Database, ETL pipelines, API, and UI.\nPerform regression, smoke, and integration testing to ensure stability of applications and data flows.\nContinuously update automation scripts and test assets to align with system enhancements and new releases.\nContribute to QA reporting by providing clear updates on test progress, coverage, and risks.\nParticipate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring QA considerations are represented.\nSupport user acceptance testing (UAT) by preparing test packs and assisting stakeholders during execution.\nPromote and champion QA best practices within the team, driving process improvements and consistency.\n\nThe Perfect Blend: What We're Looking For\n\nAnalytical and Problem-solving skills. \nAdvanced Excel Skills for analytics.\nA resilient individual that can work at pace and work through levels of ambiguity.\nDemonstrates a high sense of urgency – understands the impact on the project if there is a delay.\nStrong attention to detail.\nStrong communications skills, both written and verbal.\nKnowledge and experience of Microsoft packages, including Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel \nGood understanding of defect & testing tools.\n3+ years ERP experience, mainly D365 or other ERP (i.e NAV, SAP)\n3+ years ECOM experience, mainly SFCC or other ECOM platform\n3+ years experience of SQL or similar database testing\n3+ years of experience in QA with a focus on ETL and data-centric testing with Strong SQL skills for data validation and query development.\nHands-on experience with ETL concepts, data warehousing, and data integration testing.\nGood test automation scripting skills, in tools such as Selenium, Appium, Jmeter etc.\nFunctional and Performance test planning, preparation and execution.\nExcellent communication with stakeholder management. \nWorking with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.\nStrong functional understanding of common retail and e-commerce systems. \nWe are expecting that the candidate will have, as a minimum a Degree or equivalent \nISTQB Foundation/Advanced Level certification or relevant experience\n\nWhy Join Our Table\n\nAt Le Creuset, you will find your seat at our table, which is as colourful as our cookware and rich in history.
