We are committed to fostering strong relationships, supporting local economic growth, and we believe in the power of being an integral part of the community we serve.\nRole Description:\nThe Senior Loan Operations Support is responsible for the set-up, maintenance, and processing functions associated with commercial loans. The Senior Loan Operations Support must analyze each request to determine the intent of the request and the completeness and accuracy of the supporting documentation required to complete the transaction.\nIn this role you will:\nOrder appraisals/title commitments\n\nCommunicate directly with the borrower for insurance information as needed and to send any preliminary disclosures as needed\n\nActivate new loans to the core system\n\nAssist clients in person or by phone as necessary\n\nProcess construction and commercial loan draw requests\n\nReview daily reports, and address items as needed\n\nFollow up for recorded documents, title policies, insurance to insure a complete loan file, as needed\n\nAppraisal management with tracking, annual review of appraisers, and balancing payments\n\nEscrow management: set up, verification, annual analysis, payments, updates\n\nAdverse Action: letters, tracking and monitoring\n\nProcess bankruptcies, levies, disputes\n\nCovenants - Review, tracking, deletion, addition\n\nProcess daily mail\n\nPaid Loan processes\n\nHandling of loan notices\n\nPrepare monthly loan reports\n\nPhysical Loan file maintenance\n\nDaily loan general ledger balancing\n\nPerform all other duties as assigned\n\nQualifications:\nA minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in reconcilement or balancing\n\n5 years of experience in loan servicing/support\n\nKnowledge LaserPro, nCino or another document prep or core system\n\nTreat all data with confidentiality\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\nClient obsessed mentality\n\nA passion for fintech and the evolution of the new frontiers of technology and business\n\nStrong attention to detail and product management skills\n\nStrong
