You will be responsible for providing clear visibility into initiative status, ownership, deadlines, dependencies, and potential impediments. Your proactive approach will help bridge tracking gaps, highlight exceptions for management, and deliver vital delivery and capacity insights to support planning.\nUnlike traditional project coordination roles, this is a delivery-assurance position focused on creating transparency, reinforcing best practices, coordinating cross-team activities, and surfacing risks or decisions for timely resolution without diminishing the accountability of managers or initiative owners.\nKey Responsibilities\nDelivery Tracking & Jira Assurance: Ensure the accuracy of engineering initiative tracking in Jira, including clear ownership, status, timelines, priorities, dependencies, and linkage.\n\nData Integrity: Identify and resolve stale, incomplete, or inconsistent tracking data, collaborating with responsible teams for updates.\n\nFlow, Risk, & Escalation: Monitor for blocked or drifting work, follow up on delayed actions or decisions, and promptly escalate persistent risks and impediments to Engineering Leadership with clear supporting evidence.\n\nCapacity & Resource Insight: Maintain and communicate an accurate view of team capacity, planned demand, and allocation.
