patterns.\n\nProven track record of monitoring and improving engineering performance.\n\nStrong programming background and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and technologies.\n\nHands-on software engineering experience with mature DevOps practices.\n\nIn-depth knowledge of maintainable system design and operation.\n\nExperience with automated testing and quality assurance processes.\n\nUnderstanding of scalable system design and implementation.\n\nEnthusiasm for security best practices and building secure systems.\n\nProven experience leading engineering teams delivering complex, distributed systems.\n\nExcellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.\n\nBachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field from a
