Everything we do is grounded in our core values of Service, Energy, Ownership, and People—and we’re looking for someone who embodies these principles.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n\nThe Accounts Receivable Clerk will closely partner with other team members to manage the company's accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate billing, timely task resolution, and speedy collections. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a general understanding of accounting principles. \nProcess and manage incoming payments, including checks, ACH, wire transfers, and credit card payments in conjunction with our accounting team.\nEnsure timely invoicing of clients for services provided.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date customer accounts in the accounting system.\nReconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure that all payments are properly applied.\nMonitor overdue accounts and send out reminder notices or collection letters.\nWork closely with the sales and customer service departments to resolve any billing discrepancies or customer inquiries.\nPrepare and analyze aged receivables reports to identify and escalate any potential collection issues.\nPerform month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.\nPrepare and submit weekly or monthly reports on the status of receivables.\nSupport the finance department with other tasks as needed.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nStrong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.\nExcellent organizational and time management skills.\nEffective communication skills, both written and verbal.\nAbility to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nProblem-solving and critical thinking skills.\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).\nFamiliarity with accounting software (experience with Intacct is a plus)\nBasic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.\nStrong customer service orientation.\n\nRequirements\nHigh school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.\nProven experience in accounts receivable or accounting role (3-6 years preferred).\nExperience with invoicing and collections processes.\nKnowledge of general accounting principles and financial practices.\nFamiliarity with ERP or accounting software is a plus.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nPrior experience in a similar industry or company size is a plus.\n\nBenefits\nAs part of our comprehensive benefits package, LeadsOnline provides the following to eligible employees:\nEmployee paid Medical, Dental, and Vision\nGenerous paid vacation\n401k with company matching\nHSA with employer contributions\nFSA\nSupplemental coverage such as accident, critical illness, hospitalization, life\nShort-Term and Long-Term Disability\nParental Leave\n\nWhy Join LeadsOnline?\nBe part of a team where your work truly matters.
