From day one, you will get hands-on exposure to email marketing, campaign execution, social media, events, and day-to-day marketing operations.\n\nRoles and Responsibilities:\n\nDallas Cowboys Campaign\nProvide hands-on support for our annual Dallas Cowboys marketing campaign\nAssist with campaign logistics, asset coordination, and promotional execution\nHelp track campaign deliverables and deadlines to keep things on schedule\n\nEmail Marketing\nHelp build and launch email campaigns in our new email platform as we migrate off our current system\nLearn the new platform quickly and support the team in getting campaigns up and running\nSet up, QA, and schedule emails according to campaign briefs and send calendars\nAssist with list hygiene and audience segmentation in the new platform\n\nData & Reporting\nPull basic campaign performance reports including email open rates and click rates\nMaintain marketing trackers and spreadsheets to keep the team organized\nHelp keep CRM and contact lists clean and up to date\n\nGeneral Support\nMaintain and track swag inventory, including ordering, restocking, and fulfillment coordination\nOrganize and manage branded merchandise for events, sales team requests, and campaigns\nSupport day-to-day marketing operations and administrative tasks as needed\nOther responsibilities to support the team\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\nMust be US Citizen\nPart-time availability – 20 hours per week in-office (MWF)\nBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field\nA genuine interest in marketing and a desire to build real skills on the job\nHighly organized with strong attention to detail\nComfortable picking up new tools and platforms quickly\nClear communicator who works well with a small, collaborative team\nSelf-starter who takes initiative and follows through\nProficiency in Microsoft Office\n\nWhy Join LeadsOnline?\n\nBe part of a team where your work truly matters.
