You'll own problems end-to-end.\n\nWhat You'll Own :\n\n- Build and ship production-grade features across Node.js and React.js.\n\n- Design scalable APIs, microservices, and integrations.\n\n- Build data pipelines and real-time systems using Kafka, Redis Streams, or similar.\n\n- Own database design, performance, and scalability across SQL and NoSQL systems.\n\n- Drive technical design reviews, code quality, and engineering practices.\n\n- Mentor engineers and contribute to technical decisions.\n\n- Build reliable, observable systems and improve production performance.\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\n- 5 - 7 years of hands-on full-stack engineering experience.\n\n- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and React.js expertise.\n\n- Experience with APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture.\n\n- Strong SQL and experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL.\n\n- Working knowledge of MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch, and PySpark.\n\n- Experience with data pipelines, Kafka/RabbitMQ, cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.\n\n- Strong understanding of testing, code reviews, system design, and performance optimisation.\n\n- Ability to mentor engineers and lead technical decisions.\n\nOur Stack:\n\n- Frontend: React.js, Redux/Zustand, Webpack/Vite\n\n- Backend: Node.js, Express, NestJS, GraphQL, REST\n\n- Data: Kafka, Redis Streams, ETL, dbt, Airflow\n\n- Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch\n\n- Infra: AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD\n\n- Observability: Datadog, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK\n\nWhy LeadSquared ?\n\n- Real scale.
