guide teams through complex engineering challenges.\n\n- Ensure systems are scalable, secure, reliable, and observable.\n\nAI / Agentic Systems :\n\n- Lead or contribute to building LLM-based agents or agentic AI products.\n\n- Experience with agent orchestration, tool usage, context management, and evaluation.\n\n- Exposure to voice bots / conversational AI is a strong plus.\n\nDelivery & Execution :\n\n- Own delivery commitments and sprint execution across PODs.\n\n- Partner with Product Managers to translate requirements into execution plans.\n\n- Proactively identify risks and ensure predictable, high-quality delivery.\n\nPreferred Technical Skills (First Preference) :\n\nFrontend (UI) :\n\n- React / JavaScript.\n\nBackend (Preferred) :\n\n- Java with Spring Boot.\n\n- Python with FastAPI.\n\n- Candidates with strong experience in other frontend or backend technologies are also welcome;
