We're adding an FP&A Analystto work alongside our Head of FP&A and FP&A Specialist, focused on the models, files, and data that keep the team's decisions grounded in solid analysis.\nKey responsibilities:\nFinancial Modeling & Analysis\nBuild, update, and maintain financial models and supporting files (budget, forecast, and ad-hoc analyses), ensuring accuracy and consistency of inputs\n\nUnderstand historical financials and KPIs, extracting insights from the analysis to support the team's conclusions\n\nSupport scenario and sensitivity analysis to help evaluate potential risks and opportunities\n\nOPEX & Cost Analysis\nOwn the detailed analysis of OPEX and G&A costs, tracking their evolution against budget and flagging deviations early\n\nBuild and maintain people cost models (headcount, compensation, and workforce-related spend) as an input to budgeting and forecasting cycles\n\nSupport the planning and monitoring of cost initiatives across business units\n\nData Integrity & Tool Management\nPrepare and update the files and data behind the monthly FP&A reporting pack, working closely with the FP&A Specialist\n\nReconcile data between source systems (SAP, Qlik) and FP&A models on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial inputs\n\nBuild and maintain financial dashboards in Qlik that compare actuals vs budget and support leadership visibility\n\nProcess & Systems Improvement\nPartner with the Business Intelligence team to advance automation and improve data flows into FP&A models\n\nContribute to the development and optimization of FP&A processes to ensure scalability, efficiency, and accuracy\n\nGrowth & Business Partnering\nBuild progressive knowledge of the business's operations, processes, and challenges by working closely with different stakeholders\n\nTake on increasing exposure to business partnering activities as experience grows, translating financial analysis into insights for non-financial teams\n\nProactively suggest improvements to FP&A files, models, and processes to make the function more agile and efficient\n\nRequired skills:\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field\n\nAround 3 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, Consulting, Corporate M&A, Private Equity or a similar analytical role\n\nExperience building or maintaining financial models, budget files, or cost analyses\n\nTechnical Skills\nAdvanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling\n\nAgility working with BI tools (e.g., Qlik, Power BI) and comfort learning new systems\n\nExposure to ERP systems such as SAP is a plus\n\nSolid understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow dynamics\n\nAbility to work with large datasets and reconcile information from multiple sources\n\nProfessional Competencies\nStrong analytical thinking and attention to detail, with a problem-solving mindset\n\nHigh potential and eagerness to grow into a more strategic, business-partnering role over time\n\nProactivity and ownership, with a continuous improvement mindset\n\nAbility to communicate financial information clearly, including to non-financial stakeholders\n\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and managing multiple priorities\n\nExcellent team player, coordinating closely with the FP&A team and CFO\n\nFluent in English (written and spoken); Spanish proficiency is highly valued\n\nBenefits\nWHY LEADTECH\nDiversified app portfolio with millions of active users in a high-growth non-gaming vertical.\n\nMature data infrastructure: BigQuery, Looker, AppsFlyer, and a proprietary analytics stack for fast decision-making.\n\nExperimentation culture: real autonomy to propose and ship changes in production.\n\nInternational team, dynamic environment, and the opportunity for direct P&L impact.\n\nCompetitive compensation package + benefits (flexible hours, health insurance, training).\n\nGrowth and career development\nAt Leadtech, we prioritize your growth.
