You'll work across the full stack, building the infrastructure and experiences that power the reporting our customers and internal teams rely on to make business decisions.\nThis is a hands-on engineering role with real ownership. You'll have the opportunity to shape how parts of the platform are built from the ground up, making meaningful architectural and technical decisions that influence how the system evolves. You'll own features end-to-end - from database schema and API design through to the UI that internal teams and dealers interact with.\nYou'll tackle challenges around data reliability, query performance, and scalability - problems where good engineering decisions have measurable business impact. You'll collaborate closely with product, data, and other engineering teams. We're a remote-first team that values clear communication, pragmatic technical decisions, and shipping work that matters.\nHere is more of what you'll get to do:\nDesign, build, and maintain full-stack features across our enterprise reporting platform\nWork on systems that handle large-scale data processing - ingestion pipelines, query optimization, scheduling, and result delivery\nBuild and improve APIs, background services, and data pipelines in .NET\nDevelop and maintain cloud-native services in AWS\nCollaborate with product and stakeholders to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions\nParticipate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and incident response\nBalance new feature development with incremental improvements to system reliability, maintainability, and developer experience\nMentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of engineering excellence\nYou'll thrive in this role if you have:\n5-7 years of professional software engineering experience\nFull-stack development - comfortable owning features from backend to frontend\nC# / .NET - strong experience building APIs, services, and backend systems\nAWS - hands-on experience with AWS services in production\nSQL - strong experience writing performant queries, designing schemas, and working with relational databases\nSolid fundamentals - distributed systems thinking, API design, testing practices, CI/CD\nReact - experience building modern frontend applications\nMust be fluent in English and Spanish.\nDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a mixed mode (onsite, remote or hybrid) environment, including consistent use of video conferencing, collaboration tools, and proactive communication practices while maintaining a professional on-camera presence.\nNice to have:\nDigital marketing domain knowledge - understanding of campaign management, lead generation, or dealer/automotive marketing\nExperience with event-driven architectures and message queue systems\nExperience working in a multi-tenant SaaS environment\nFamiliarity with data visualization tools or BI reporting concepts\nDoes this position sound like something you would enjoy and be successful at, but you're not sure you have the exact qualifications to be considered?
