Acting as the technical focal point during the bid phase, you will translate customer requirements into competitive, technically robust and executable solutions. Working across Engineering, Product, Operations, Sales and Business Development, you will coordinate technical contributions, contribute to the definition of system concepts, assess risks and ensure every proposal balances innovation, feasibility and business objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyse RFPs, ITTs, Statements of Work and customer technical requirements to identify relevant opportunities.\n\nSupport the coordination of technical proposal preparation across Engineering, Product and Operations.\n\nContribute to the definition of system architectures and technical solutions.\n\nDevelop compliance matrices, technical descriptions and proposal documentation.\n\nEstimate engineering effort, technical risks and implementation assumptions, ensuring solution feasibility.\n\nSupport pricing activities with technical inputs and resource estimates.\n\nParticipate in customer technical clarification meetings and support technical discussions during contract negotiations.\n\nIdentify proposal risks and mitigation strategies.\n\nEnsure consistency between technical documentation, pricing and delivery plans.\n\nSupport proposal-to-project handover after contract award and provide technical support during project implementation in coordination with the Project Manager.\n\nImprove proposal processes, templates and technical knowledge management.\n\nQualifications & Experience\nMaster's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or related disciplines\n\n4-6 years of experience in Systems Engineering, Proposal Engineering or Pre-Sales Engineering or Technical Bid Support preferably within the aerospace, defence or high-technology sectors.
