The successful candidate will provide first-level technical support to the Group’s end-users, ensuring smooth operation of desktop systems, applications, and network connectivity.\nMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:\nProvide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.\nInstall, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.\nAssist in setting up user accounts, email profiles, and access permissions.\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and other business applications.\nDocument support requests, resolutions, and escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.\nSupport remote users via phone, email, or remote desktop tools.\nMaintain inventory of IT equipment and ensure proper asset tagging and tracking.\nAssist in onboarding new employees by preparing workstations and ensuring access to required systems.\nFollow IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with security and data protection standards.\nProvide support to senior desktop technicians during onsite interventions.\nProvide daily updates on support tickets and ongoing issues to the Senior Desktop Support and IT Desktop Manager.\nCoordinate with suppliers regarding devices under repair and provide regular updates to the Senior Desktop Support.\nQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:\nAt least HSC\nDiploma in computer Science or any other relevant qualifications\nMCDST or an A+ Certification would constitute a definite advantage\nAt least 2 years’ experience in a desktop support position\nSKILLS & COMPETENCIES:Windows operating systems (especially Windows 10/11)\nMicrosoft Office 365\nNetwork fundamentals (IP, DNS, DHCP)\nPrinter and peripheral troubleshooting\nMobile device configuration (IOS and Android)\nBasic knowledge of VOIP phones configuration\nExperience in handling and prioritize tickets\nFamiliarity with remote support tools (e.g., Teams, Quick Assist, Remote Desktop)\nAbility to document issues and resolutions clearly\nGood communication skills\nAbility to work under supervision and follow procedures\nProblem-solving mindset and willingness to learn\nTeam spirit and high sense of
