We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to own the slide-grade analytics layer of our client engagements.\nThis role focuses on transforming Salesforce pipeline data and BI tool outputs into clear, board-grade deliverables used by PE sponsors and portfolio company executives. The Senior Business Analyst ensures decks, commentary, and presentations are causal, polished, and PE-ready.\nWorking closely with a team of Engagement Managers and RevOps BI Architects, this role ensures that data is translated into high-quality slide products and intuitive executive narratives.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong slide craft with a deep understanding of go-to-market analytics, executive storytelling, and PE-standard reporting, ensuring that output remains consistent across engagements and stakeholders.\nWhat We're Looking For\nThe ideal candidate:\nEnjoys building clean, board-grade slide deliverables\n\nIs passionate about making data understandable for PE sponsors and C-suite executives\n\nHas strong attention to detail and output consistency\n\nUnderstands the operational needs of revenue teams and PE deal cycles\n\nCan balance analytical rigor with clarity and narrative\n\nThrives in environments where they own and improve deliverables across multiple engagements over time\n\nKey Responsibilities\nSlide Craft & Deck Ownership:\nBuild slide-grade analytics from Salesforce pipeline data and Power BI outputs\n\nWrite action titles and causal commentary; walk PE deal teams through the result\n\nBuild modular, reusable templates that portfolio company CFOs can refresh next cycle without us\n\nCascade real-time feedback from PE sponsors during board prep\n\nGo-to-Market Analytics & Storytelling:\nAttribute pipeline variance to specific deals, segments, or process changes\n\nTranslate BI visuals and Salesforce data into executive-facing narratives\n\nProduce pipeline, funnel, and revenue analytics commentary for board and executive audiences\n\nEnsure every deck answers meaningful business questions rather than simply displaying data\n\nClient Enablement:\nTrain in-house teams to become self-sufficient\n\nBuild deliverables that outlive the engagement\n\nDocument client-specific glossaries and reporting conventions\n\nRequired Qualifications\n4-7 years of experience in management consulting, revenue operations, PE portfolio operations, or analytics consulting\n\nDemonstrated slide craft: action titles, pyramid principle structure, board-pack fluency\n\nGo-to-market analytics literacy: ACV, TCV, coverage, slippage, and win rate as working concepts\n\nExperience reading Salesforce pipeline data without hand-holding\n\nAbility to translate complex data into clear executive narratives\n\nExperience presenting to a CCO, CFO, or PE deal team\n\nProven ownership of a board-grade deliverable end to end (as the person who held the pen)\n\nStrong attention to detail; a typo in the application is a filter, not a footnote\n\nPreferred Experience\nMcKinsey, Strategy&, Bain, BCG, Monitor Deloitte, EY-Parthenon, or similar consulting pedigree\n\ndbt or modern data stack literacy\n\nStrong experience with BI tools such as:\nLooker\n\nPowerBI\n\nTableau\n\nSigma\n\nMode\n\nDomo\n\nVisa Sponsorship: Please note that we are not currently able to offer US visa sponsorship or transfer for this position.\nFor Canadian and Brazilian Residents: We also invite you to apply for this position but please note that at this time we can only hire those outside of the United States as full-time contractors.
