This role combines hands-on software engineering, ServiceNow CSM expertise, and technical leadership to build solutions where people, AI agents, and deterministic automation work together.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPartner with business teams to understand processes and translate them into scalable technical solutions.\n\nLead engineers delivering workflow automation across business domains.\n\nGuide ServiceNow CSM development, including case management, assignment rules, and custom attributes.\n\nManage ServiceNow table models, upgrades, environment promotions, and platform capabilities.\n\nDevelop ServiceNow solutions using TypeScript, Fluent, and SDKs.\n\nBuild event-driven workflows using orchestration and durable execution patterns.\n\nDesign workflows combining deterministic automation, AI agents, and human participation.\n\nLead integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using APIs and Kafka.\n\nHelp determine which capabilities belong within ServiceNow versus external platforms.\n\nEstablish engineering standards across architecture, testing, CI/CD, observability, and operations.\n\nPartner with leadership on the technical roadmap and maintain architectural consistency.\n\nContribute to backend integrations and frontend development as needed.\n\nRequired Experience\n6+ years of experience as a Software, Data, or ML Engineer.\n\nHands-on ServiceNow development, including Customer Service Management (CSM).\n\nExperience managing large ServiceNow environments and understanding its broader product portfolio.\n\nStrong TypeScript experience in a team environment.\n\nUnderstanding of ServiceNow’s table model, upgrades, and environment promotion.\n\nExperience leading technical projects and maintaining architectural consistency.\n\nFoundational knowledge of databases and distributed systems.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with Python, Kafka, Postgres, AWS/GCP.\n\nCIS-CSM certification.\n\nSoft Skills\nStrong technical leadership and commitment to engineering quality.\n\nAnalytical thinking and curiosity.\n\nAbility to translate business needs into technical solutions.\n\nClear communication with business partners, engineers, and
